Account data: your name, email address, organisation and role, which we use to create and secure your account.

Field evidence: the jobs, notes, photos and observations you and your team log, together with the timestamps and metadata attached to them.

Usage data: technical logs such as device and browser type used to keep the service secure and reliable.

We process your data to provide the service, to route evidence into the review workflow, to secure accounts, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure. Access to organisation data is restricted to members of that organisation and, where applicable, our staff for support and maintenance. Files are held in private storage with row-level access controls.

We retain account and evidence data for as long as your organisation maintains an active workspace, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, audit or backup purposes. Free personal accounts are subject to the entry limits described in the product.
