Terms of Service

Company access is provisioned by your organisation. Free personal accounts can be created individually and are subject to the limits described in the product. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to use Nemeton Trace only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to access data belonging to organisations you are not a member of.

You and your organisation retain ownership of the field evidence and data you capture. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.

Paid plans, allowances and add-ons are described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, data is handled in line with our Privacy Statement.

To the extent permitted by law, Nemeton Trace is provided on an 'as is' basis and Virtus Nemeton is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
